Our judging panel reviews every eligible entry and scores it on:

- Story & Impact: Does it feel larger than life? Is there tension, power, a clear moment?
- Visual Quality: Composition, coherence, and overall polish of the AI generation
50% Audience Vote
The other 50% comes from audience support. After submissions close, we’ll:
- Public Gallery: Publish a gallery of all image entries

Frequently Asked Questions:
- Can beginners enter? Yes. If you use AI to make images at all, you’re welcome here. We get entries from people who just started prompting last week and from artists who sell AI work professionally. The only requirement is that you follow the theme and submit your own original generations.
- What tools can I use? You can use any AI image generator you like (Midjourney, Nano Banana, Stable Diffusion, Leonardo, etc.) as long as: It’s a legit AI image tool and the artwork is yours, you’re good.
- Can I enter art I’ve already created? Yes, as long as it fits the current theme. If you already have a hero, villain, or standoff image that matches “Clash of Legends,” you can submit it. Just don’t recycle images that have already been submitted to a previous Pigment Figment contest.
- Do I keep rights to my images? Yes. You keep the rights to your artwork, subject to whatever rules your AI tool has. By entering, you give Pigment Figment a non‑exclusive right to display and promote your images (with credit) on our site, social channels, and contest materials. You can still use your art anywhere else you like.
- How will I know if I’m featured? We’ll email you directly if your work is selected as a winner and update all participants of results. We’ll also tag or mention your handle (when provided) when we post you on social platforms.
- What happens if I win? If you place in the contest, you’ll: Receive the prizes listed on the contest page (cash, future entries, features, etc., depending on placement), be featured in our winners announcement on the site and social channels, and you will get an email from us with next steps and how to claim any prizes or credits.

Eligibility
- Participants must be 18 years or older.
- The contest is open worldwide.
Submission Requirements
- AI-generated artwork is required, but post-processing is allowed (e.g., Photoshop).
- Artists must disclose which AI platforms were used.
- File format: JPEG or PNG, minimum 1000 pixels on the shortest side.
Entry Fee
- $10 for a single image entry
- $25 for five image entries
- $50 for ten image entries
Payment & Prizes
- All prizes paid via PayPal.
- Winners announced on Pigment Figment's website & social media.
- Pigment Figment may request full prompt and workflow details for authenticity checks.
Judging & Selection
- Judging based on creativity, technical execution, and artistic impact.
- Judges include AI art professionals and influencers.
- Decisions are final and non-negotiable.
Licensing & Usage Rights
- Artists retain full ownership of their work.
- Pigment Figment has the right to use artworks for promotion, with proper credit.
Disqualification
- Plagiarized, stolen, or offensive content will be disqualified.
